Where And How Do I Make My Payment For My Coaching Package?

I accept all payments through Wix payments which accepts all major credit cards. I  no longer accept payments through PayPal. FULL payment for coaching services is due in advance. To purchase a single coaching session, click on the "Sessions" or "Start NOW" tab. Next, make your payment by clicking on the "Buy Now" button under the session package you choose. Once I have received your full  payment, I  will send you a follow-up email within 24 hours with all the information you need to book your session.

Do You Offer Coaching Sessions Via The Phone or Face-To-Face Or Skype?

​

No. Email is my preferred way to communicate with you because it gives you the space needed to brainstorm and really think about your goals and what you want to achieve in life and be able to articulate that in writing. Email coaching is more economical! It is almost always a lot cheaper than face-to-face coaching. It's convenient for your busy life and you can communicate with me on the go or from the comforts of your own home! There is no pressure or the feeling that someone is eavesdropping. It's 100% confidential and introspective plus you can screenshot correspondences for future reference!

Do You Guarantee The Privacy and Confidentiality of My Information?

Absolutely! HealingDayByDay Life Coaching guarantees never to use your details or anything you say without getting your permission first. No one will know that we are working together unless you tell them. Details of our sessions are never discussed with anyone.

What If I Want To End My Coaching Engagement?

You are free to cancel your session by giving a 48 hours notice. There will be no refunds on coaching services. Please email me your notice. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package. It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing a coaching session and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you. If you're in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you.

Do You Have a Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy?

​

Yes. HealingDayByDay Life Coaching has a 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy coaching sessions. If for any reason you need to cancel and/or reschedule your session, you may do so by providing a 48 hours notice via email to healingdaybyday11@gmail.com in advance of your session and making up your session within a week of the original scheduled date. Sessions  not canceled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. If you miss your session with less than 24-hour notice, you will forfeit your fees and your session  will be canceled.

Do You Have A Refund Policy?

Yes. I do not offer refunds and/or discounts on single coaching sessions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE!
