I am a YouTube Educator, coach and empowered survivor.  I found strength, empowerment, healing, true purpose and meaning in my life since going no contact .

My personal story inspired me to become a coach and create HealingDayByDay YouTube channel to educate and survivors on their journey to healing  and breaking free from narcissistic family dynamics, toxic relationships, situationships and soul ties. I work with clients who have experienced narcissistic abuse. Some were raised by a narcissistic parents, others are or were in relationships or situationships with someone with narcissism. Despite my client's unique circumstances, they are all seeking my help to address and heal from the effects narcissistic abuse, soul ties and trauma. They come to me not only looking for help, but also for answers to their questions. I was once in your shoes. Through hard work, self work, self love and self discipline, I overcame my own personal struggles from narcissistic abuse despite the difficult challenges. You are never alone and your life has purpose and meaning and you can overcome narcissistic abuse too. You Got This!
